The trip east out of Montreal proves to be more beautiful than we had expected and the Richelieu to the town of Chambly was lined with small towns, amazing cathedrals, and lots of beautiful homes. Few showers along the way but the sun came out as we approached Chambly and we roasted once again.Making the turn south at the Richelieu River, Sorel
The town of Chambly is at the start of the Chambly canal and we will start with three flight lock first thing followed by five more within a mile and a half, nice way to wake up...Town of Chambly
